Rachel was great from start to finish. She seemed really knowledgable and approachable for any worries or concerns that I had pre op. Im really happy with the results of the surgery and can safely say it has changed my life for the better, giving me so much more confidence and less pain. I really can't thank Rachel Holt enough. Really happy with my Breast Augmentaion, Mastopexy, Implants and Fat Trasnfer/Lipo. From start to finish Rachel listened, knew exactly what I wanted to achieve for myself and where I had questions she was always available to answer them and put my mind at ease. From my initial consultation Mrs Holt I knew I had made the right decision. I felt very relaxed and at ease. I felt she listened to me and answered all questions and concerns I had. An abundance of information was shared and I felt well informed when making my decision to proceed. In all honesty, I didn't hesitate to proceed. From the first consultation with Rachel and her team I felt totally at ease. She explained the procedures to me in full detail and was happy to answer any questions I had. On the day of my operation she met with me and my husband in my room and explained to both my husband and I what would be happening times etc and that she would phone him after the operation of which she did . Rachel is excellent at what she does and I could not be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is a true professional. Her team of nurses have also been amazing if ever I have had to phone them if I had a problem or I needed some advice they dealt with it immediately. Nothing was too much trouble.
